5. Eat less rice

Yes, us asians love our rice very much. But if you would really like to shed off those weight in a short period of time, I suggest you to cut down on rice. I ate half a bowl of rice for lunch & dinner for a few months.

4.No Snacks

No matter how tempting a snack lying around your house and it might even be calling out to you, DON'T EAT it. Snacks give you unnecessary energy and will just accumulate the fats in your body.

3.Eat at the right time

Farmiliarize your body with the timing of your food consumption. With this, your body knows roughly when to release those enzymes to ensure a complete digestion.

I hope you understand the clock.

2.Exercise daily

In my case, I jogged daily on the threadmill for 2km at 10 miles per hour. It took me roughly 7 minutes to complete it. This certainly made me sweat like a pig and pant like ~~a man after sex~~ a dog.

Dress up like a 400m runner to run on the treadmill. It makes all the difference.

1. Have an idol
Have someone to look up to as a role model. Look at him/her everyday. Imagine you being him/her. I used Rain as my idol. Since, we both have small eyes?

No, I'm not creating stories. PAS has pledged to put a stop to the celebration in our country.

Almost everyone who've used an iPhone would think of it as "smooth" and "it just works". Unlike the Android phones that feels abit more staggered and have force closes all the time. Well, being a huge Android fan, I always thought that iOS had the extra edge when it comes to smoothness. How I was very wrong.

Recent study by a group called Crittercism, iOS dominates their tests with more force closes and crashes. With the 214 million app launches between November and December 2011, iOS filled their chart with nearly 75% of app crashes. I was shocked, seriously. I was shocked like

The only reason why iOS seems like it runs smoother is because whenever an app crashes, it just brings you back to homescreen. Instead of telling you it's crashed, it pretends nothing has happened.

4. Play Firecrackers ~~which are illegal but become legal during Chinese New Year and when caught it will become illegal but money can be paid for it to be legal again.~~

3. Drink fermented fruits

Again, age is not a factor during Chinese New year. Underage drinking becomes legal in the eyes of your parents. Just don't get too drunk till you expose your ~~fantasizing~~ secrets.

2. Money collecting frenzy

Finally, you can exploit your married aunties, uncles and cousins. But usually, the biggest share of income comes from your parents. Just cause they know you love them as much as you love money.

You finally get to reunite with everyone in your family tree at one place, at the same time. This doesn't come easy especially if you have a big family. We should all treasure this very celebration.

What NOT to do during Chinese New Year

Ah, Chinese New Year, the noisiest time of the year. Instead of being a subtle and holy celebration like Christmas, us Chinese had to come up with the total opposite celebration. Instead of exchanging presents , the married give away red packets known as angpows to the non married. Some can contain as much as RM100 but some can contain as little as RM0.20(Seriously, i got this before).

Anyways, we celebrate this tradition every year and it's time for happiness and joy, and also to catch up with our cousins. There are some things, we SHOULD NOT do during this prosperous celebration.

5. Over eat

Yes, I know, all the food during chinese new year will look delicious, but a minutes of enjoyment will bring to few hours of torturous vigorous exercises to lose those fats.

You wouldn't want to yourself to look like me after every Chinese New Year right?

4. Go fullfledged red.

Yes, Chinese New Year is all about the red. But too much red can be TOO MUCH sometimes. Just imagine.....

3. Speak in a foreign accent to your relatives.

No matter how long you've been overseas or in an international school, don't speak to your relatives in your cool ass English accent. It's sound nigga and your chinese relatives won't understand.

No matter how good the driver you are, don't risk speeding back home. Drive safely, enjoy the ride with your family or your radio. ~~Forever Alone~~ . No one wants bad news on Chinese New Year. ~~Choi Choi Choi~~

Without these essential placing spaces in our garments, how are we gonna keep the ang pows we collect?! ALWAYS remember to wear clothes with pockets.

What makes Malaysia, Malaysia?

Malaysia, the place I call home for about 18 years now. The air i breathe ~~albeit it has gotten a little polluted~~ had smelled the same since i was just a toddler. Since then, I've been very Malaysianised and have been speaking Manglish and eating mamak food every once in a while. I've traveled to quite a number of different countries and I've noticed some unique qualities in my home country.

Here are some of the uniqueness that I think only Malaysia/Malaysians have.

5. Advertisments , advertisements, ADVERTISEMENTS!

No,I'm not talking about these advertisements

I'm talking bout these..

4. Tables and chairs, on parking spots.

The last place I would drive my fellali to is a mamak stall.

3. Policemen, after every illegal U-turn

Normal sight in Malaysia, actually no, they don't park their Wajas like this.~~..and the policemen are not so skinny.~~

2. Using Manglish that Guai lous won't understand.

Our English in Malaysia have been like this since the coming of the Chinese people through Sistem Kangcu and etc. It's not all bad, we can speak proper English if we want to. Right? But look on the bright side, when we want to rant about something or someone infront of foreigners, we can just use our special skill of speaking in Manglish fluently.

1. All kinds of food in a menu

Now this, this is one thing you can't find in other countries. A HUGE variety of different styled food in one single restaurant. All food above are JUST fried rice. Where else can you get so many different cooking styles of the same dish?

What to do for the first day of College.

So, high school ended a few months a go and you finally can have that blonde hair you always wanted and show your awesome fashion sense to the world. Like the beginning of every semester, there's always a First Day. But this time, you'll be meeting different people from different schools and your teachers are no longer called teachers, they're called lectures.(Honestly, that word scares the heck out of me).

I've did some thinking and research on Google and here are the top things I think you should prepare and do for your first day of college.

5. Dress appropriately.

You wouldn't wanna be called slut for your whole college life right? ~~Actually, us guys don't mind ;)~~

4. Bring the necessary items

Unless you're a superstar, you wouldn't want to go to college on the first day empty handed. So, I suggest you to bring the items listed below:-

a) Your Student ID

Note to self, never wear a white shirt on photoshoots with white backgrounds. It looks like my head is floating .

b) A notepad and a pen.

c) Your brain you left in highschool.

3. Get your subjects timetable

2. Go make some new friends!

Don't be shy! Go mix around and get new friends! You're gonna be seeing they're faces for over a year. Why not get to know them better now?

1. Don't be late!

Don't forget to set your alarm and its advisable to get to the campus extra early to get to know the nooks and corners of the place. Also, find carpark spots! You wouldn't want to park your car by the road and risk getting scratches on your car.

Top 5 Things To Do Every Beginning of the Year

Another year, another 365 days, well, 366 days this year to be exact because it's a leap year!

Every beginning of a year is the time to clear up things to have a new start on other new challenges.

Before taking on new challenges, there are some stuff to do and these are the top 5 things I think everyone should do right after the new year.

5. Clear up unnecessary stuff

Clean up or throw all the stuff you don't need or pack it up nicely. It's a new year and you wouldn't want your old stuff hanging around your room eh? It's also hygienic! Less dust, less germs, less bacteria, ~~less transmission of AIDS.~~

Clear those up in your toilet!

4.Resolutions, resolutions, resolutions

In order to have a productive year, it's always good to have resolutions. Write a checklist of the things that you would like to achieve in the year and have that awesome feeling after completing that specific task.

For those of you who have watched New Year's Eve, Ingrid(Lady on top) had resolutions which were quite impossible to achieve in a day, but she did it in the end with the help of Zac Efron. her resolutions were(Spoiler Alert) :-

-quit job

-save a life

-breakfast at Tiffany's

-taxi ride with no traffic
-go to Bali
-walk through all 5 New York boroughs in a day
-be amazed

-kiss on new year at midnight.

3.Spend more time with your family

Our family are the ones who took care of us, grew up with them, and sadly, the ones we take granted most of the time.

We should all spend some quality family time with our family and by that, I don't mean by living under the same roof, we spend alot of time with. Some of us, go out so much so that our homes become the place for shelter only not remembering the occupants inside who we call family. Even if we're overseas, call back/Skype at least once a week to talk with all your family members and for them to see the change in you .~~count the number of new pimples on your face~~

2.Reminisce and remember the stupid things you've done the year before.

Learn from your mistakes, do not repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

What to do when you're 18

Finally, after 18 years of living your life (or not), you are finally legal to do most of the things which needed an age limit. So, what do you do? I did some thinking and these are the top 5 things an 18 year old can LEGALLY do.

Yes, you can finally brush your teeth with a bottle of Jack like Ke$ha.

4.Go Clubbing(Legally)

You can finally ride with the big boys in the club ~~and probably see your younger teachers there.~~

Marry the love of your life.

2011 has passed... Now what?

Nahhhh, more like...

All these rumours about 2012 being the end of the world is just bullsh**. The Mayan calendar ended in 2012 because they were killed by the Spaniards.~~I got that from 9Gag~~

Other than 2012 being rumoured to be the end of the world, there are other stuff coming our way in 2012.

5. The release of the iPhone5.

I'm pretty sure many of you current iPhone4 users were disappointed with the release of the iPhone4S(The year after 2011 is not 2011S, Apple) as it looked the same and the only interesting new feature was Siri. The rumoured iPhone5 is going to have a larger screen, thinner body and a bigger home screen button(Like the picture on top but i doubt it'll be the next iPhone as the bezel is too small). Apple is known to make subtle upgrades to their future iPhones .Who knows, they might already have the iPhone10 but have been fooling us all these while.

4. The release of the Samsung Galaxy S3

On the other hand, Android users who already have the S2 would want to upgrade their phones too. ~~Actually, I'm very happy with my S2, no complaints so far.~~ The picture on top is merely a Photoshop render of what the next S3 will look like. Since the release of Android's new firmware, Ice Cream Sandwich, hardware buttons have been omitted and the screen size of newer phones have increased slightly(As of the picture on top). The screen resolution would also be upped to compete with Apple's amazing Retina display.

Unless Selena does mind a younger ~~girl~~ boy touching her ass like that in public, they'll probably get married, and divorce like Kim and Kris or Katy and Russell.
